- How long will it take to ship an item?
- Usually it takes one week to receive an item, but the item is shipped within two days of purchase! If it’s for a special occasion and needs to be received within a certain time frame please mark that down when you order and we will put it down as a priority and try to ship it out as soon as possible!

- You've Got Hattitude accepts returns with a full refund within 7 days of purchase. An exchange or store credit can be made within 14 days of purchase. If it is a gift for someone, please make a comment in the check out section when the birthday or anniversary is, and the return policy will apply 7 or 14 days after that date.
- With Antique Pieces comes a history, and a story, but also delicacy. Each piece is very old, anywhere from 20-70 years old. With 70 years of history, comes 70 years of stories. Although they are all handled with care, rarely, but sometimes an old antique piece can falter. Hattitude fixes or repairs all Hattitude products to keep the stories and history of each piece alive for generations to come. Please email for repairs or alterations on Hattitude products.
